The Current Chamber By-Laws (approved Sept 2023) are posted below.

The Chamber’s By-Laws Committee is to review and propose changes to the By-Laws in odd numbered years. The Committee, together with the Board of Directors, has proposed updated By-Laws be presented to membership for a vote at the September 23, 2025 General Membership Meeting to be held at The Ranch-KC.

Please review & consider the proposed By-Laws by clicking the tab to be taken to the documents. Make a reservation to attend the September General Membership Luncheon and Meeting, where you will have an opportunity to vote. Each member in attendance is allowed one vote, so please send one representative of your member organization to cast a vote. We ask you please make your reservation by Friday, Sept 19 for catering purposes. Just go to the EVENT CALENDAR tab shown above, to make your reservation.
